The company provides CRO services to international pharmaceutical laboratories, biotech companies and start-ups. They are specialized in preclinical studies and neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, ALS, …). Each platform is managed by a group leader and brings together a team specialized in a particular field: in vitro, in vivo, histology, molecular analysis, etc.

They are looking for a highly motivated Senior Scientist (M/F/X).

🚀 MISSIONS

Reporting to the Director of Pharmacology, you will design, plan and report about customer and R&D projects, in contact with all the group leaders.

Your main tasks will be :

• Define customer needs
• Design and plan preclinical studies
• Draft laboratory procedures
• Analyze and interpret results
• Draft activity reports
• Draft project applications for ethics committees

🧑‍🚀 RESEARCH PROFILE

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

You have a PhD in pharmacology or neuroscience.

You have at least eight years' experience as a Senior Scientist and you not only have academic experience, but also experience in a private company (pharma lab, biotech companies, CRO, ...).

• Scientific knowledge of neurodegenerative diseases
• Expertise in designing pharmacology studies
• Expertise in preclinical studies on rodents
• Expertise in data analysis
• Excellent customer relationship
• Good writing skills (protocols, study reports, etc.)
• You're fluent in English
